Shipping Calculation

Nursing Knowledge International utilizes many outstanding suppliers of nursing content. Therefore your purchases may be shipped out of multiple locations depending on the provider of the item(s) selected. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed through our providers when calculating your estimated time of shipment.

Because of the volume of orders that Nursing Knowledge International processes daily it is not possible to contact each customer directly regarding a change in status of their order. Therefore, it is important for the customer to frequently check for updates to their order status. This can be done by logging into the Nursing Knowledge International website and clicking on the ‘My Info’ tab in the upper right corner of the home page. There is a sub-section called ‘Order History’ where customers can review and check the status of their orders.

Our standard method of shipping is ground shipping. This method of shipping usually allows for delivery of your items in 3-7 business days from the time the item is processed by our content provider. We also offer you the ability to expedite your shipment via our express and rush services. Express shipping calls for your purchase to be delivered 2 days after the item is processed by our content provider. Rush shipping calls for your purchase to be delivered 1 day after the item is processed by our content provider.

RUSH shipping calls for your purchase to be delivered 1 day after the item is processed by our content provider.

Shipping Methods - International

STANDARD shipping is the only type of shipping available for international shipping at this time. The method for standard international shipping is Postal Expedited Mail Service which is normally accepted in most countries. This method of shipping is not traceable.  Time of delivery varies depending on the different global destinations. Your package(s) may be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the destination country. These fees are normally levied once a shipment reaches the country. Customs fees vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Other forms of EXPRESS and RUSH delivery are currently not available for international orders.

Please note: As stated, Postal Expedited Mail service is not traceable.  The supplier assumes no responsibility in the case of undelivered items to international destinations.  Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

 General Address Tips

Here are a few tips to keep in mind that will help avoid unnecessary delays in shipping your items to you:

1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
2. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. In order to ship your items in a timely fashion we are unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.
6. Having trouble getting your address to fit on Address Lines 1 and 2? Here are some common U.S. Postal Service abbreviations that might help.
