The Nurse Manager Certificate Program is a new, robust Web-based educational tool using the latest evidence-based content. It is designed to help develop nursing management competencies necessary to function in today's fast-paced and ever-changing health care environment.
For a one-time fee, the Nurse Manager Certificate Program gives you 12 months of unlimited on-line access to the following courses AND any new course added within your 12-month subscription.
The curriculum was designed and the content was created by nurses with both academic and clinical expertise in leadership and management. Each course contains didactic content and learner activities designed to to involve and engage the learner. Continuing education contact hours are awarded for successful completion of each course. When a minimum of 70 hours of content has been completed, the learner will receive a Certificate of Completion of Sigma Theta Tau International’s Nurse Manager Program.
